Refund policy

There are no Refunds or Returns allowed on purchases made through this website unless specifically authorized by R3G15.

We will only refund an order if we made a mistake and shipped the wrong item or the item shows up broken, defective, or damaged. If this happens we will provide a refund once we have received the item/package back to our business location.

If your order arrives damaged, you must call or emailwithin 24 hours to notify us of the problem. We will request that you send us the item back and we will refund you the shipping cost and send you out a replacement once we receive the damaged item. If there is no replacement item we will offer store credit or refund the order amount.

Refunds will be made by credit card refund, or store credit only. There are no cash refunds.

To request a return because you have received an incorrect item you must contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order. Do not return an item to us without return authorization, we will not accept it that way.

Other returns or refunds, for reasons outside of damage during shipping or the wrong items being shipped, are not allowed. This policy is to protect our customers as there is no way for us to know how art is treated once received.

In order to avoid confusion, please feel free to contact us before you purchase so that we may help you order exactly what you need.


To start a return, you can contact us at r3g15official@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
