It is our goal to get your order to you as safely and quickly as possible. Here is how we do it:
Orders are usually fulfilled within 48 hours of being placed and dropped with the shipping carrier.
Delivery time estimates provided by the shipping carriers do not add this fulfillment time to their estimates.
All items are safely wrapped/packaged, or whatever is necessary to ensure their safe delivery, some items like Water Pipes are even double boxed.
We send a confirmation email with tracking once the package has been passed onto the shipping carrier. Keep in mind tracking info may not be active right away, the shipping service has to scan the package into their system first.
To make sure you safely receive your package all orders are shipped with a Signature Requirement, this lets us know that the delivery has gone smoothly. If you are not home during the day and have a difficult time signing for packages, we recommend asking the shipping carrier to bring the package to their hub for your pickup.
If our payment processor fraud system flags your order for potentially fraudulent, for any reason, then we may require more info from you before we can ship. This will unfortunately delay your fulfillment time while we receive the necessary info.
